OUR PRIMARY STRATEGIES

  1. 4R Approach: Rescue, Rehabilitate, Re-integrate and Re-socialize of vulnerable girls back to their family and community where they can unfold their full potential.
  2. Empowerment to support our target groups becoming stronger and more confident, taking charge of their own lives, claiming one’s rights and being self-reliant.
  3. Advocacy to stir social change process, i.e. affect attitudes, social relationships and power relations by promoting, defending and safeguarding the rights of vulnerable children, especially girls.
  4. Networking to foster exchange of information, ideas and mutual support among and/or combine efforts to advocate for same causes of key stakeholders.
  5. Organizational Development to implement effective organizational change, aligning RDC with complex environments and needs of different Stakeholders, to enhance performance and staff wellbeing through improved operational management, capacity building and continuous improvement of programmes and, usage of innovative technologies supporting organizational learning, M&E and knowledge management.
